I used to use Andrews Salts (or Andrews Liver salts as they were known prior to that) and then ironically they had to stop selling them because they were to high in salt) Anyway this is how I ended up finding out about Eno's I did research online looking into what I could get instead and these had great reviews. I decided to try them and saw they come in various ways either original or there are different fruit flavours, ive also tried the orange which I like. Anyway I decided to get the ready made sachets like this because then if I was out and about all I had to do was pour them into a cup/glass and they were ready to go. I have found them to work so well most of the time as quickly as 5/10 mins that I order them alot and have them in for an upset, bloated or trapped wind type stomach. This order im writing the review for was actually an order I did for my mum because she has medical issues and has had various problems and I got her to try it and she honestly couldn't believe how quick they worked. After that she then wanted me to order after not being able to get them in her local chemist. I think they are worth a try if you havent heard of them because when I was first looking into all this stuff the other products didnt cover the same things as these do and so many people have had success. I understand none of us can afford to waste money so even if you try a smaller amount to purchase to start with and see if they work for you first then go from there. I keep them at home but keep loose sachets in my bag and also take some extra with me when travelling or visiting others and away from home. I did not see anywhere where it said "fake" on the site where I purchased I have purchased this product for over 40 years (they used to sell it in Walgreen's and CVS and it was taken off the shelves because Alka Seltzer demanded that it not compete with their product). The Eno product is the best thing for bad digestion and nausea -- and it taste way better than the other one I mentioned...). Iit is made by GSK Consumer Services and the box says it is made in Haryana (I don't know where that is). I do know that other than through Amazon, you can buy it in an Asian or market that sells products from India. I am Cuban and this product has been used by us forever, not only in the US but it used to be available in Cuba. And no, the Eno sachets shown in your inquiry are not fake --they are the same as I have always purchased and use regularly. Hint: the best way to take it is fill half a cup with ice water, add the full envelope to the ice water and stir it vigorously until it starts to bubble, then drink the whole thing fast without stopping.
