Castor oil was recommended to help decrease inflammation in my joints. I really think it’s helping. I use it on my hands and knees mostly. So many wraps to choose from is great. The wraps are a good quality and soft. A good value for tge mobey definitely.

I love the idea of this. I use the belly band the most. Good value for your money. It’s easy to use and is good quality. I am a fairly big girl, and it fits around me and all the way down to my tiny daughter. Works well, but the elastic band could be made a bit better
