**Q: I slready own a vantage vue weather station with console.  can i purchase this to connect it to the weather app while still using the console as well?**
A: Yes, you can, it is in effect another wireless receiver which does not require the original console at all or can operate right alongside with it.

**Q: Would it work in my car?**
A: If you have a 110 ac voltage power source and a LAN signal with internet access in your car then you could set it up, but I’m very curious,... why would you do this? The unit is intended to communicate with your weather station which I presume would be at a fixed location at your home.

**Q: Will this receive from repeater stations as well as ISS transmitters?**
A: Yes, One WeatherLink Live can collect data from 80+ sensors in up to 8 transmitters in any combination.

**Q: Is the weatherlink live 6100 required to access my data via the davis weather mobile app?  currently i am using the usb data logger connected to a pc**
A: I used to use the data logger on the back of the vantage pro 2 console. When it failed I had no choice but to change over to the 6100.  When I used the data logger I had no problem using the Davis App to see it on my phone. When I changed over to the 6100 I had to create a separate station name so that I could access the old data from using the data logger.
Davis has a great tech support phone number to call. They will patiently (from my experience) answer any questions and tell you how it will work with the logger, to internet to see your information on the phone app.
