Lead Free / RoHS 3 Compliant / REACH Compliant DescriptionSmooth FlowTM Technology Developed on low density flux vehicles to improve shear spread and flow when heated Halogen Free (EN14582 test method) SPECIFICATIONS Alloy: Sn42/Bi57/Ag1 Flux Flax Type: Synthetic No Clean Flux Classification: ROL0 Metal Content: 86.75% Metal Weight Particular Size: T 4 (20 -38 Microns) Melting Point: 137C (279F) Size: 3cc/10g Syringe Shelf Life >12 Months, Refrigeration >6 Months, Stencil Life >8 Hours @ 20-50% RH22-28C (72-82F) >4 Hours @ 5 0-70% RH 28% C (72-82F) Stencil Cleaning Automatic Stencil Cleaning System Works with both stencils and misprint boards. Hand washed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) Storage and handling should be refrigerated from 3 to 8 degrees F (37 to 46 degrees F). Do not freeze. Wait for 4 hours until the solder paste reaches an operating temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius (68-77 F). SHIPPING This item has no shipping restrictions.
