How much do they weigh?

Not 100% for sure but they can’t weigh more than 12 to 16 ounces. The lightest rain boots I’ve ever seen! That’s what I like the most about them.

Is the "elastic" portion next to the ankle waterproof as well?

Unsure as I have not worn these when it’s raining. I wear them mostly when working in the yard. If I were to guess, I’d say that the elastic portion is not waterproof.
