Can this go in the dishwasher?

Thank you for the question! Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse in water.

How do you make the suction cup work it wont stick can you buy another suction cup or what?

i don.t use the suction cup, we bought it for our 2 1/2 year old grandson and he holds it in one hand and spins it with his other hand. so he never uses the suction cup but when i have a suction cup thats not working i usualy dampen the suction part and try it alot of the time that works, but for the toy my grandson loves it .

will this attach to the baby einstein bouncer tray?

Thank you for your question. The Sticky Spinner™ Activity Toy's suction cup keeps toy in place on flat surfaces. The powerful suction cup base keeps the spinner in place whenever you need to entertain your squirmy baby. Use it as a high chair toy, or toss it in the diaper bag to have frustration-free play on hand.
