Needed to strengthen my back. This looked like something to try. Glad I did! Easy to use, sturdy, well made, and gets results. Very pleased with this product. I tried it because of the price. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on something that might not help, so I tried a less expensive product. It was very well made and a very good choice. Recommend it, especially because of the quality for a good price.

It’s a great machine, easy to set up as well as comfortable when exercising. it takes hardly any room when in operation. Just performing 25 reps for each exercise I could feel my body stretching out , thus exposing more flexibility. I am 79 and play golf 6 days a week, I see this improving my balance and mobility.

Got me motivated to exercise. I use it mainly for sit-ups.

So far this seems like a durable piece of equipment. I use it more for my arms - triceps and less for my abs. It puts some pressure on my mid-back when using it for sit-ups so at times I use a towel for more cushioning. The resistance is not bad but as one builds strength, they would need more resistance. The seat is well padded and the equipment fits just right under my bed. I was looking for the equipment to offer me more for exercises.

Product is sturdy and has multiple purposes . I use it for leg training. It is easy to store and does not take up a lot of space. Easy to assemble.

Easy to use, works great for my core, fits well anywhere. Was too slippery for my floor so I use it on my foam firm mattress which makes it more comfortable to use. Can get several different types of exercise done well. Added the Asurion protection plan. Great buy. Thank you to the seller.
