JAMES HOFFMAN FAN REVIEWS HIS BOOK
Great reference for anyone seriously interested in understanding origins, brew methods, a bit of history, and general topics pertaining to coffee. If you can't or don't want to spring for the hard copy, get the less expensive kindle edition. It's fun to read about the coffees you are presently drinking: where they came from, who grew them, what cultivars they likely are, and so on. It's like traveling the world with your morning cup. Nice to feel part of a community that is attempting to care about producers as well as roasters and baristi. Recommended. Cheers, netizen

Beau livre informatif
