You can't do this with tempered glass screen protectors but these are a flexible film, very thin and pliable, and easy to trim down to fit. When I first put one of these on, it looked awful, full of bubbles. I could squeeze some of them out, but some were near the middle of the display and could not be flattened or squeezed out. I was more than a little disappointed to say the least. It looked terrible. :( However, after a day or two the bubbles all disappeared completely. And I mean completely. The film must be porous to air because all the all bubbles cleared up and now it looks flawless. Tempered glass won't do that- as you probably know, if there's a bubble under tempered glass, it's there FOREVER. But this film will clear up in a day or two all by itself. Very cool. In fact, it's so clear that I thought it had fallen off, but if you look closely under a bright light you can see it's still there. Gotta admit, that surprised me. It's so clear that it's almost impossible to tell it's there. It'll definitely stop scratches, whether or not it prevents shock damage or cracking the watch face has yet to be seen.
