Are the magnets strong enough to unlock a cabinet that has a magnetic child safety lock?

Highly recommend this set. We do not have the magnetic locks but the magnets are pretty strong. I usually sit with my 3 1/2 yo grandson when he plays with the kit. There is a bag of small plastic discs that have metal edges that could be swallowed so I make sure I am there when those discs are out. Wonderful kit.
