These have changed my skin more than anything else! I’m 48 and I’ve noticed my skin looks more clear, more plump and shiny. I would not be without these now. Great tablets, worked well but took a few weeks, stick with it, they worked better for me than the bovine equivalent, easy to use easy to swallow, tablet is a little in the large size but you get used to them! 👍🏻

Started these collagen tables just over two month ago. I purchased due to the very competive price being type 1 collagen these seem to be the most afforadble on the market. At the moment i have seen improvement in my skin and general wellbeing however i am also taking other supplements so hard to tell what is causing the benefits. I have noticed since taking these capsules my hair loss has increased i know its directly corellated with these capsules as when i was taking only my other supplements it was normal. I have thick hair anyway so always lose hair when showering however recently its been double my normal amount. I have read other reviews regarding hair loss as well so its clarified my judgement. I will be purchasing one more bottle in the hope that the hairloss will stop however if it carrys on unfortuntely i will have to stop taking the capsules and look at alternative brands. Just as an update- i had to stop taking these as the hair loss did not stop. Once i stopped these the hair loss stopped. I now take collagen from another brand with no issues

Bought because of the overall good reviews. Having tried them for 3 months there was no significant improvement in my knee joint pain. I assume the effectiveness would vary from person to person.

Love the product and can see the result on my skin and hair. But you have to use it for at least 3-4 months.
