I am loving this laptop so far, last year I bought a smaller one because my older one broke, but I wasn't happy with it, so I upgraded it by buying this one. Its light weight and the screen is a good size for my needs. Its fast and convenient for the things I do. I use it to print things for my kids's schoolwork but also for some simple graphic designing I do for personal use. Sound quality is good and I don't need speakers like with my small one. I think it is a good laptop for the price.

My computer works wonderfully. I was scared because of a few bad reviews listed ...most from completely different comps...but after checking it over, knock on wood, it's a great product. I'll update if I have any issues at all.

Haven't used it too much yet, but no problems so far.

Have had problems with crashing since I purchased three weeks ago. Working w HP to see if is salvageable. Discovered that the factory warrant only has 9 months left which means it was registered before. Now I question if it is used!! Still waiting to see if I’m going to send back.

Easy set up, works perfectly with windows 11.

First it wouldn’t turn on, then the keyboard stopped working. Very disappointing. I’m trying to see if there weren’t. It works and I can return or get the replacement.

Easy to set up, and works good for a Windows base computer. If it lasts, I'll be happy!
