But luckily I've been using these Mack's earplugs for decades now. I could be staying at a noisy hotel or busy condo - or the neighbours could be blasting a party or tromping on the ceiling.. doesn't matter. I sleep like a baby with these in. Doesn't mean I can't hear ANYTHING though. You still hear some noise through them. Enough so that if a fire alarm went off, I'd hear it. Or if fireworks go off nearby, I'll wake up to that alright. A dog barking next door? Maybe, depends. But my alarm? I'd wake up to that easily. These silicone earplugs seem to offer just the right amount of noise restriction. And I can make each pair last about a week before replacing them. You just make sure your ears are free of wax each night before bed (so they stick better). And maybe rub a layer off the silicone before putting them in.
