Bye bye Amazon
The tonies audiobooks are great for 8-9 years old. Very informative and interesting. Bought it on Amazon because we had a gift card left. For obvious reasons, this will likely be our last purchase on Amazon ever.

My grandchildren love these
I love the Tonie product. Great for all stages of reading from pre reading to at least third grade. There are so many books and prices to choose from. My favorites are what I consider the “classics”: Chica chica boom boom Brown Bear The Ramona books Charlie and the Chocolate factory There’s even a figure that you can tape yourself reading or singing ! The figurines are usually a character from the book but the figurines can also be shaped like a different character or it may be shaped like the story . Amazon usually has the best prices but places like Target sell them so I always do a google search for the Tonies I’m looking for. There is also a Tonie website that will show you (and you can listen to an excerpt from the story or book) Sometimes the newer or more popular ones will be out of stock but keep a close watch. My grandchildren have loved this great product!! It gives me great joy to give these as gifts. I think anything without a blue screen is worth trying.

Nostalgia Anyone?
I introduced my 7 year old daughter to Romona early in 2024 and was stoked when Santa brought her the accompanying Toni's set. Both she and my 4.5 year old son really enjoy the stories - so much so, that I frequently have to come and turn off the Toni box as they are listening well past bed time. If you are a Beverly Cleary fan, longing for some nostalgia, or just a good story, this is for you (or your kid!)

Ramona never gets old!
My granddaughter is 7 and LOVES this new Tonie! She always listens to her Tonie at bedtime. Her parents had to take this away at night because she wasn't sleeping but listening to Ramona! She listens to it during her waking hours. The Tonie was the best gift. She's had it since she was a baby. I hope they continue to provide content for children as they get older. Well worth the price!
