Excellent RDA of all the vitamins and minerals and the right types e.g B12 is in cobalamin form and capsule has no nasty bulking e.g calcium carbonate which hardens the arteries. Best swallow with a teaspoon of fat/cube of cheese to help the capsule do down. Thank you for using a glass jar and for leaving out all the toot that other companies sell. This is very good value and you do feel better. I am on my second order!

My multivitamins arrived quickly and in a glass bottle. Great as I hate plastic containers. I have been taking them for quite some time now and I really do feel more energetic and my whole well being seems much better. Also I haven’t had a cold in over a year. I find them easy to swallow and I’ve had no stomach upsets. Great product.

I bought these as they came recommended and the ingredients seemed to provide a good range of vitamins and minerals. However, I had to throw them out before finishing them as they smell so awful!!

I like this product there are no bulking agents or fillers sutiable for vegetarians or vegans. if you are on medications such as blood thinning check before using, overall it is a good product and made in the UK and you can contact the company and speak directly to a member of staff.

great for supplementing real meals. Love that they are using the proper stuff, instead of mountains of the carbonate crap. Wish they would put maybe a bit more vit D in the comp but I get that it is an all in one so they can't overdo on D3.
