Can a 600 ml soft flask fit in each of the soft flask pockets?

Depends on the shape. A rather thin bottle works great. I carry two 22 oz bottles of Smart Water easily.

will it fit a male 44 inch chest size ?

I am not sure of my chest size but I am a 6’2” 280 pd man and it fits barely.

Does it include the water bladder? Or Bottle?

honestly can't remember, but I don't think so because I purchased the 500 ml bottles and full they're a too big to fit in the pouch. I should have gotten the 250. I am happy with the vest. I did also get the back bladder which I don't like for running cuz you have to suck the fluid which is tough on the breathing.

Is this washable? Preferably washing machine compatible?

Yes. I wash mine on a short gentle cycle with luke warm water and hang dry inside house.

Wanted this for long runs where my end point is not my start point. It can hold a clean shirt, dry shorts and a small towel in the back plus gels, phone etc in front pockets. Have done a few runs around 30 km with it and you forget you’re wearing it after a while so obviously comfortable. Didn’t want to spend over $100 because most of my runs I don’t need it. Very happy with my decision to buy this.

I bought this for my ultra runner who wanted something lightweight with plenty of storage areas. This one works great for what he needs. there are zip pockets for snacks, gels and TP, and the bottle holders are a good size to keep them secure and easily accessible.
