しっかりとした作りで満足でした。速度も速く満足。

デスクトップPCを複数台使っていますが、このSN580は今回3個目の購入です。 速度にも満足していますし、過去の2個もそれぞれのPCで不具合なく使えており、信頼度が高いです。 他メーカーのものと悩みましたが、やはりWDのものに落ち着きます。 HDDのバックアップ用に2TBのものも買うつもりです。

Windows PC (Windows 11) の Cドライブが一杯になってきたので交換用に購入しました。 Cドライブをコピー(クローン）するために、玄人志向のUSB SSDケース(GWM.2NVST-U3G2CCA)挿して認識させようとしたが認識しませんでした。昔から持っている NVMe の M2 ディスクは認識するので、玄人志向の USBケースは正常に動作しているようです。昔に購入したケースと最近の NVMe Disk という事もあり、相性問題があるのかもしれません。 検索した所、 ロジテック(エレコム) LGB-PNV02UC USB3.2(Gen2)対応M.2 NVMe の USB SSDケースでは、認識するとの情報を見つけたので、そちらを購入しました。こちらを使うとすんなり、ドライブとして Windows 11 に認識されました。 但し、ロジテック(エレコム) LGB-PNV02UC でUSB接続したドライブは、ロジッテックのドライブとして認識され、WD のドライブとは認識されません。 WD 純正のクローンソフト(Acronis)は、WDのドライブしかコピーできないようにプロテクションがかかっているため、使用できませんでした。(USBケースに入れてUSB変換してもなお、WDの NVMeドライブと認識できる USBケースがあるのかは、調べてもよくわかりませんでした） クローン用のソフトは、フリーのソフトなども、まだ頑張って探せば転がっているようですが、以前から購入してもっていた「HD革命 CopyDrive Ver8」を使用しました。 最近の ドライブメーカーの提供するソフトは、自社の製品しかコピーが使えないようにプロテクションがかかっているものが多く、一方でフリーのソフトも有料化されたりと変遷が激しいので、有償でもコピーソフトを1本購入しておくと便利かなと思います。 クローン後のディスクを PC のディスクと差し替え=>起動でディスクチェックが走る=>ディスク完了で起動しようとして起動失敗=>再度、再起動 でなんなく起動してディスク拡張に成功しました。

これまで使ってきた色々なSSDに比べて、大きなデータの転送速度が速いです。 EaseUS Todo Backupの旧バージョンではGPTの対応？でクローンを作れませんでしたが、フリーのAcronis True Image for Western Digitalで簡単にできました。コスパ最高です。

動画を扱う仕事が出てきたため、１TBのSSDから２TBにサイズアップしました。 クローン作成ソフトがついてくるという事もあって、ウエスタンデジタルにしたのですが換装がうまく行かずはまりました。 （結果、何とか解決できたのですが…） 解決後は非常に快適です。 前のSSDよりも色々な処理速度が体感かなり速く感じます。

コスパが良く、何の不具合もありません。信頼のメーカーだと思います。

Arrived next day. Cloned with nvme enclosure. Easy swap. Booted no problem and works just like the original but seems faster. I would buy again
