Excellent Performance and Comfort โ A Perfect Gaming Companion
Iโve been using this gaming controller for a while now, and honestly, itโs been a great experience. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the buttons are very responsive, which makes gameplay smooth and enjoyable. The grip is comfortable even during long gaming sessions, so thereโs no hand fatigue. What I really liked is how easy it was to set upโit connected quickly without any issues. The joystick control is precise, and the triggers feel very natural while playing racing and action games. Overall, it offers excellent performance for its price and definitely enhances the gaming experience. I would highly recommend this controller to anyone looking for a reliable and budget-friendly gaming accessory.

Good budget controller
It works fine, vibration works fine, easy to conenct and disconnect, wire is very long so it's comfortable to play from any reasonable distance. However, the buttons sort of get a little stuck from time to time. It's a little annoying to manage during battles. Otherwise, the controller is great, and this might be this particular one's issue.

Day9 Review: Cheapest all rounder
PRODUCT TYPE This review is for the wired controller. The wireless one seems to have some problems with low vibration and poor connectivity, so I didn't bother to go with it. FEATURES Triggers: They don't jump from 0 to 1. They're mostly linear from 0.00 to 1.00. Turbo: Unlike some controllers that offer turbo button but don't function properly (looking at you, cosmic byte interstellar), turbo is pretty consistent here. However, there's a slight mistake in the manual where the instruction to clear the turbo was turbo+clear+button but the actual combo is just clear+button. Apparently turbo speed can be adjusted with turbo+dpad buttons, but I'm yet to try. Macros: There are two under-buttons that can be used to store and trigger macros. But the macros live only until the controller is plugged out, they're probably stored in-memory which is erased upon power loss. Macros also have some limitations on this controller. Two buttons can't be used in combination (ex: RT+A, LB+Y, etc.). Even though DPAD buttons, AXBY, LB, RB, LT and RT can be used while creating a macro, only 8 buttons are allowed in 1 macro. Vibration: Its vibration strength is quite decent. You have two very small buttons underneath the controller that can be used to increase, decrease, or even turn off the vibration. This is a great feature and would be nice if more controllers adopted this approach. An extra treat is that since the material is a bit translucent, you can see the motors spinning when the controller vibrates. Compatibility: It has both X-Input and D-Input modes, for legacy support. I've tested it on Windows 11 with X-Input in Forza Horizon 5, NFS Unbound and Ryujinx emulator.. no issues encountered. BUILD Its a plastic build that's sturdy enough. Its material is translucent, so you can see the motors spin during vibration. But its not translucent enough to make it look like a novelty toy. The type-c cable locks in to some extent, so it won't easily come out if pulled accidentally. But a deliberate pull will still get the cable out nontheless. The triggers seem sturdy too and have a good feel to them. LB and RB buttons make a mouse type click sound when pressed. Its almost as loud as a gaming mouse click, something you might wanna consider if you have others living in your room. DPAD is quite firm and feels soft but solid to press. AXBY don't feel cheap either, but makes some sound when pressed. Its to be expected as almost every controller does. Analog sticks feel strong and have good grip over them. Gamepad testing showed around 5-6.5% of error after testing a few times. PRICING This item's launch price was 999, I was a bit hesitant to purchase it for 1199, which is a 20% increase just after 3 months of launching. However, considering the alternatives, it still is a good deal. CONS The indicator lights in the middle stand out of your room is dark. It'd be nice if we're able to turn all the controller lights off with some combination. Especially since some controllers already offer that functionality. Its body lacks rubber grip. The matte finishing helps to an extent but, rubber grip is almost necessary for longer gaming sessions. But in terms of hygeine and odour, plastic can be easily sanitized, unlike rubber. To each their own for picking here. SUMMARY This is overall a great controller with lots of features at this price point. Even with a couple of compromises here and there, it's still the best in the market in 1k price segment. I'll try to remember to update this review if the controller fails in the future.

GREATEST Gaming Controller ever!
First of all the people who say they got stick drift either did not take care of it, even the most expensive controllers get stick drift due to dust, that or they probably got a bad batch ( which is very rare ). Now the controller is feature packed and has great quality, you wont feel its cheap when holding it. And its been about 6 months since i bought it. Things i liked: - back buttons - turbo button - settings to control vibration intensity - dual mode, really great for older games and emulators What i found inconvenient: - The buttons on the controller feel a little loose and out of place, which for most is not a problem but i pdrsonally feel that it ruins the overall experience.. In essence this is a very great and value for money controller, and if you are on a budget and want a buy and forget experience ( just take good care of it, keep it in its box hehe ) then its perfect. Would love to see what else evofox will come up!

Extreme Stick Drift
Writing this review after 1 year of purchase, let me be very clear, I'm a casual gamer and i used this controller less then average gamer, i was very cautious using it because of the fear of stick drift, i handled this control with good care like not exerting too much pressure on thumb sticks not smashing buttons force fully and all, but even then the i got STICK DRIFT like extreme DRIFT so much so it it's practically unusable at playing games, it's D-pad up button is also showing weird characteristics like sometime the button becomes stiff and i had to press a bit harder for it to register action. i suggest not to buy this controller because of aesthetics instead buy any other controller with better reliability, a controller with at least Hall-Effect sticks. spend 200-300 more if you had to or else you will regret later just like me. ps- The connecting cable that come with the controller is absolute pathetic piece of junk, it stopped working after a week and i had to order another cable for playing.

Awesome but had a weird experience
-unboxing/packaging 3/10 The product box seal was broken and product arrived in just a cardboard that was folded with Amazon tape so had to return it.I thought it was supposed to be like that but saw reviews and it wasn't normal. Product looked barely used though. -vibration 8/10 vibration is medium and smooth and works great in Forza horizon 5 rough terrain gives vibration.Deducted a little points because vibration is already low and they are giving buttons to decrease it more which doesn't make sense. You will still enjoy it avoid if you are looking for hard rumble. I don't know if it's normal or not but I was able to move the right motor move individually on gamepad tester but when trying with left motor right one also moves too.saw this in Forza too. -analog 9.5/10 It had 5-7 % error in circulatory test and it will increase and decrease depending on the mode selected. It has two mode one which increases accuracy you can turn it on/of by pressing 'left stick button + ezey button' . They are very soft and smooth to use and great to control the car in Forza. Its amazing for analog accuracy games. It has rubber joysticks and no wobble in them. The accuracy improvement button actually makes a difference in Forza as the car stearing moves faster without that and reached end quickly but with that on it is more accurate to control and reached end same time the stick reached the end. If you see your stick not going to 100% in some direction in gamepad tester then it is because of this mode. Triggers 9.5/10 They almost instantly start registering. The lowest I was able to get was 2% and it has very little to no deadzones in them. They are very soft to press and easy to control the car in Forza. You can go for this if you want it for racing games. In gamepad tester it showed something like 0.000002 in all of the sticks but there wasn't any issue in games. It doesn't show that on other gamepad tester websites so don't think it's broken. Build quality -8/10 This is good looking buttons feels okay but the body squeaks when flexed a little or pressed hard. Used it for 2 days so can't say much about durability but it will last long if you are not a agressive gamer. Buttons- ?/10 The left and right bumpers felt and sound like a mouse click which was weird and not expected I don't know if they have longer life than membrane like one. The other buttons were tactile and clicky doesn't sound too much but noticable. Android? Worked in Bb racing but asphalt,NFS,etc didn't worked. Can we set Macros in game and other button/programmable? No you cannot set them as a new button in games .you can only use them for shortcut or combination of existing buttons available on controller. Still good to have a feature. Wire- 8/10 It's not braided, can last long and easily be replaced,Long enough.can use any other type c so good. Noticed that of you plug type c cable upside down then it shows as player 2 in gamepad tester and player 1 when in other direction. Hope I helped you make a good decision.
