This just highlights the heavy metals. Hope this helps! **Q: How often are filter changes required under normal city water conditions?** A: It depends on how much water you filter & how many filters you use (2 or 4). Also, normal city water varies due to local water hardness. We fill up the filter 1 to 2 times per day (usually twice) with 4 & change them every 6 months, but if we didn't have kids, our filters would probably last us about twice as long. However, this is still cheaper than other filtering methods we've used & does a much better job. **Q: How does Calif prop 65 relate to this product??** A: There's plastic in it (the screws) so that sets off prop 65. The Plastic itself is safe but in the manufacturing some things are used that aren't.
