This Mini Computer has been Amazing So far. Itโs compact and sets on my Computer Table next to the monitor. I have a Powered USB hub hooked up to it running my extra Passport Hard Drives with no issues at all. Came with it being very well packed and Just turned it on and talked me through the setup. What I liked is that this Mini is being used in a country where power is 220vac and the power supply is 100-240vac, so I had no issues with adaptability. Great Product.

Great little pc. Powerful, fairly quiet in balanced mode. Lots of room for more ram and storage. Great for egpu setups. However, the lack of support in customer service, drivers and bios updates are really disappointing. Also, the screen can only be used for either a clock or computer stats. Nothing else.

The 'instruction' manual is a joke. No real helpful information. Had to download the PDF from the main website. As the headline state, I can't even get past the initial boot. Touch screen says 'Atom Man' and no other information appears. Singularly not impressed. In case of operator error (I don't know how with simply pressing the power on button), I will amend review.
