Excellent quality! Very clean, bright whites, not dark, dirty or old looking, dried just right, smells correct, crunches and snaps nicely, rehydrates and tastes correct. I highly recommend this brand. It'll probably last in a few months or longer

I'm already on my second bag of these shiitake mushrooms and I'm sure I will be buying them as long as they're available. They are very fragrant and delicious, and the convenience of having them already cut is quite nice. I have not noticed any dirt in the soaking liquid. Great umami!!!
