Het artikel (Dometic CFX5 25, 25 liter elektrische compressiekoelbox) werkte niet bij levering.Ik had voor alle zekerheid een dag gewacht om zeker te zijn dat de koelvloeistof voldoende tijd had gehad om stabiel te staan, maar het ding deed het gewoon niet; niet op netstroom en niet via de sigarettenaansteker in de auto.Bovendien merkte ik dat de sluiting van het deksel niet correct was: de voorziene "klik" bij het sluiten was er niet en je kon het deksel gewoon terug optillen. Ik heb het ding gewoon terug gestuurd en ben op zoek gegaan naar een ander merk, zonder een vervanging te overwegen.Als je als fabrikant 749 euro vraagt voor een artikel, dan verwacht de klant dat het artikel perfect is. Dat houdt in dat er minstens een kwaliteitscontrole gebeurt voor de verzending, want anders minacht je volgens mij de klant.
