This product DRASTICALLY and QUICKLY improved my quality of life. I don’t even drink anymore - I bought this because I was desperately searching for a solution to the heat exhaustion I’ve been repeatedly suffering. My job required intense physical labor in hot environments, and I learned the hard way that I’m just more sensitive to heat exhaustion. I was drinking water nonstop and tried other electrolyte drink mixes, but I was still getting sick literally every shift. Then I randomly saw this product in the liquor section of my local grocery store, and I tried it out. I drank it before I went into work, and IT GOSH DARN WORKED LIKE A DREAM. I had an enjoyable car ride home and I could still DO STUFF after work because I wasn’t sick as hell. I swear by this stuff. I wish my local grocery store would restock it because it was much cheaper there than it is on Amazon, but regardless I’m not gonna stop buying this product. It is an ABSOLUTE GAME-CHANGER. I have heat and light sensitivity due to the medications I’m on, and my migraines make me more susceptible to heat exhaustion too. I recommend this product to anyone wondering if they’re dehydrated, seriously. I used to be a hardcore binge drinker for like 8 years, so I wonder if I respond better to this product because it has more liver-healthy ingredients. I find that interesting. I know this product is marketed as an alcohol aid, but it definitely goes above and beyond its niche. Thank you for improving my quality of life!

It definitely cut my hangover down by at least half! Everyone knows they should drink water when drinking alcohol, but it's not so easy to remember to do in practice. I used this after my last drink, which was easier to do than plain water since it's flavored. One scoop made a glass of water very strongly flavored, in fact, so i added more water to thin it. Slept great all night rather than waking up in the middle of the night like can sometimes happen after drinking too much. Was able to get up early the next day and do the things I needed to do. It is expensive, but I highly recommend it.

I was originally introduced this product by a friend and had my doubts on the effectiveness of this product, however after trying it 3 times it has always worked! I wake up feeling fine the next day and there is no after effects. Works great and I now recommend this to friends and family.

I haven't really noticed a huge difference but I've only used like 3 times. The taste is bad. I did use less this last time and it wasn't as bad but if you use as directed the taste is very tart and terrible.

A lot of people might be turned off to this product by its taste. But let me just assure you, it's an acquired taste for sure. The first cup will taste almost exactly like sweat. Quite literally. Like you just walked a marathon through the Mojave Desert and sweat is pouring into your mouth. Gross. However, after a cup or two you begin to notice the subtle sweetness that is the electrolytes that replenish your body after gouging it with alcohol. I'm not a serious drinker, but I still tend to feel kind of crappy on days after a few drinks. But not any more! I drink my glass of sweat before bed on days where I have more than a drink or two and I wake up feeling better than ever. Considering the cost of this stuff (considerably less than 1 drink at any restaurant or bar) I'd say it's the most important drink of the night. This stuff has given me new life on weekend mornings where I'd normally be sluggish and achy. I already recommend it to all my friends!

This product didn’t work for me. In fact, it made me feel worse the next morning than I would have felt had I not taken it. I consumed 3 drinks and figured that would be a good way to test rather than on a night where I consumed copious amounts and would not be able to tell if it worked or not. I took a serving with the appropriate amount of water after drinking and before bed, following all directions. Next morning, I woke up feeling like I had 8 drinks. I had such a bad headache and felt terrible. I couldn’t imagine how bad I would feel if I had more than three drinks. I hadn’t felt this bad after consuming alcohol in a while. My throbbing headache didn’t go away until around midday. I’m very disappointed. This let me down tremendously.
