Love this stuff. I add it to my coffee every morning. I need the extra collagen for my aging body. It slow to show results but after a month your start noticing the difference especially if you’re losing weight. It helps the skin tighten up if your not losing weight to fast. There’s no taste when added to my coffee. I don’t notice any texture in my coffee.

Great product, blends up well into my drinks. Only used about a week, but enjoying it already. I do not notice any taste difference when adding this to my drinks.

Once I started taking this with vitamin C (apparently needed to actively absorb the collagen) my nails became hard at hell! I have always had weak, brittle nails. I'm 42, my nails seemed doomed. I used this for nearly a year without the vitamin C, and saw no effect- so you need the vitamin C! Now my nails don't break, and they are tough. Great product. I use it in cold water and it mixes fine with an electric whisk. Flavorless does have a mild organic flavor, but easy to cover up, if even needed. Does not cause tummy issues on my sensitive stomach, although does have a fullness. Seeing the effect on my nails has me hopeful that it'll have longevity effects on my fascia/skin health.

I have been taking collagen every morning for over a year. I started out taking Vital Proteins which was great, but only had three types of Collagen Peptides. So I searched for one with more and found Mamas Natural Multi Collagen Protein Powder Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10. This is the only product with six types of collagen that I found through many days of searching online. I now have the longest and strongest fingernails I have ever had in my lifetime ... and I am now 75 years young! My skin is more supple and my hair has grown very long. Many protein powders do not mix well in whatever liquid you are using, but this one does blend completely. I highly recommend it!

ive been taking this for about 2 months now and it is a permanent staple now. to start, this almost completely healed my gut issues in like a week and a half of consistent use. the going is much easier lol. ive lost weight after plateauing in my weight loss journey for a month once i started taking it and my family has too. my family also noticed their hunger cues are better on it as if they dont feel the need to eat as much in one meal so it definitely helps regulate blood sugar. my nails are growing so strong when they have always been brittle and prone to breakage. but my favorite benefit? my knee pain is completely gone. ive suffered with osteochondritis since i was a teen due to overuse injuries in softball. i had arthroscopic surgery many years ago to help stimulate bloodflow and the formation of fibrous tissue to mimic the complete lack of cartilage between my bones and ease the pain of the literal missing chunk of bone by my joint. i was told the surgery would last around 10 years and the pain had come back right on time which is rough now that im coaching 4 days a week. i take this at nighttime after coaching and i have no pain or stiffness the next day. and i am now doing exercises and drills that i would have completely avoided prior to the use of this collagen because of the pain. i cannot recommend this brand of collagen enough.
