Awesome product. Perfect for RPi 5. Same as described. Very very good quality & performance (100/100). Initially display will not work. Don’t worry, Install Pironman 5 software from GitHub. It will ask for restart. And after restart, Wow… display will start working.

Yes everyone is right about no of parts they are huge and it takes 1hr to complete setup. About the cooling : it looks like pi will never get hot. RGB Lighting is eye catching feature. Little LED : little led on case is showing CPU, Temp , Ram and Storage is helpful also we can configure this.

Worth every paise. High quality components

Built for a Raspberry Pi 5 running continuously as a dedicated DNS and VPN box. Build quality is excellent. The aluminium is properly machined, the acrylic panels are clean, and the assembled unit feels like equipment rather than a hobbyist enclosure. Tolerances are good throughout — nothing required force during assembly. Thermals are more than adequate. The tower cooler and dual fans hold the Pi 5 comfortably under sustained load without becoming intrusive. The OLED is genuinely useful rather than decorative: CPU, RAM, temperature and IP address at a glance, removing the need to SSH in simply to confirm the board is healthy. Note that the default sleep timeout is very short — the configuration file allows this to be raised. The integrated M.2 slot is a significant advantage over cheaper cases, which require a separate HAT that is frequently unavailable. Assembly is well documented and the FPC ribbon connectors — usually the weak point in this class of case — are accessible and seat properly. One substantive complaint, and the reason for four stars: rivets are used in a couple of places where screws would be appropriate. This case is explicitly designed to be opened — for SSD installation, an AI accelerator, or reseating a ribbon cable. Permanent fasteners in a serviceable enclosure are the wrong engineering choice. It does not prevent the case functioning, but it is an avoidable limitation on an otherwise well-considered product. Two practical notes: the SunFounder software must be installed before the OLED, fans and RGB become operational — none of it works out of the box. And check the NVMe compatibility list before purchasing a drive, as not every SSD will boot a Pi 5. Recommended, with that reservation.

El producto está en perfectas condiciones, el montaje es muy preciso y requiere habilidades técnicas, es importante saber que no está incluida la raspberry ni la ssd, por lo que es importante obtenerlas antes de el montaje. Una vez instalado se tiene que instalar el SO a la targeta micro SD y luego a la SSD. El software y los scripts de Piron man 5 son muy chulos te permiten controlar los ventiladores, leds y incluso la pantalla oled. Recomiendo este producto a todos los aficionados de Raspberry!

Ich habe lange nach einem Gehäuse gesucht, das meinen Ansprüchen an Design, Kühlung und Funktionalität für meinen Raspberry Pi 5 gerecht wird – mit dem Pironman 5 bin ich endlich fündig geworden! Top Features für mich: Absolut geiles Design: Das Gehäuse sieht aus wie ein Mini-Gaming-PC und ist auf jedem Schreibtisch ein Hingucker! Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, und die Optik ist wirklich außergewöhnlich für ein Pi-Gehäuse. All-in-One Lösung: Hier ist wirklich alles dabei, was man braucht – aktive Kühlung, Platz für eine NVMe-SSD, Netzschalter, Lüftersteuerung und sogar LEDs. Das Setup ist unkompliziert, alles passt perfekt zusammen und macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. NVMe ready: Ich habe eine 256GB NVMe-SSD verbaut, und es war wirklich einfach. Wer ein schnelles und stabiles System will, kommt um NVMe eigentlich nicht herum. Super Kühlung: Die Temperatursteuerung funktioniert hervorragend. Meine CPU-Temperatur liegt im Home Assistant-Betrieb mit AdGuard bei ca. 40 °C – und das sogar ohne, dass die Lüfter anspringen müssen! Erst wenn’s wirklich heiß wird, schalten sich die Lüfter temperaturgesteuert (über die Pironman 5 Software) zu. Für mich optimal gelöst. NVMe-Kühler: Ich habe zusätzlich einen NVMe-Kühler installiert, um die Lebensdauer der SSD zu verlängern. Auch hierfür ist im Gehäuse genug Platz vorhanden. Bausatz und Montage: Das Gehäuse wird als Bausatz geliefert und war in ca. 30 Minuten komplett aufgebaut. Die Anleitung ist verständlich, alle Teile sind sauber verarbeitet und passen perfekt – auch als Anfänger bekommt man das locker hin. Praxiseinsatz: Home Assistant läuft absolut stabil und schnell auf dem System, inklusive AdGuard. Keine Überhitzung, keine Probleme, und dazu noch ein echt schickes Gehäuse. Fazit: Das Pironman 5 ist für mich das perfekte Gehäuse für den Raspberry Pi 5 – kompromisslos bei Design, Ausstattung und Funktion. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die mehr als nur eine „Plastikbox“ wollen und Wert auf Performance sowie Optik legen!

Le boîtier est parfait pour mon utilisation. Il est conforme à la description du produit. Il fonctionne très bien. Le schéma d'assemblage est complet, il ne faut pas avoir car il est livré en pièces détachées. Rien d'insurmontable, il faut compter 1h pour tout intégrer dans le boîtier (raspberry et SSD) Le ventilateur du CPU se déclenche lors de la montée en température mais le refroidissement est si efficace que seuls les ventilateurs du boitiers tournent. Les ports USB, HDMI sont déportés, plus besoin du câble micro HDMI, ici c'est des ports HDMI classique. Très satisfait, beau et petit. J'adore.

Pretty happy with this case. I was looking for a case that would accommodate my nvme 2280 but have some room for ventilation. After playing around with a few cases, this was the one to have. It's a fair bit of kit to assemble so take your time. Some parts/screws have changed since the instructions were created but overall it was easy enough to figure out. I like the full size hdmi ports on the back and the ability to customized the fan colours or change fan settings such as always on our performance. The ice cooler is like other configs it's not on always but I set mine to come on at 50c. If you monitor the temp through the oled you can see the temp when the ice cooler kicks in. Overall very satisfied I got my kit for a hundred bucks Cdn. Looks great on the desk and runs Ubuntu with other services running (samba, plex) and doesn't even break a sweat. If you are looking for a solid case that supports nvme, go for it. You will have a lot of fun building it too!
