Acrylic Sheet, Transparent Clear, Standard Tolerance, 0.06" Thickness, 12" Width, 24" Length

i dropped and broke the glass lid on my aquarium almost immediately after buying it. if you've owned an aquarium, you know the water can evaporate quickly without a lid, leading to tedious water re-fills that can skew the pH. also i bought a new light fixture recently that is not long enough to place over the lid-less aquarium without falling in and electrifying my fish. several people had recommended buying a sheet of clear plastic/acrylic but i was disenchanted with what i had found at home depot. everything i found was too pricey and wasn't clear enough, but this item is perfect! perfect size and thickness, easy to cut and clear as day. i'm tempted to get rid of the other half of my lid that is still made out of glass and replace it with another one of these. my room mate also gave me the excellent idea of making an additional cut and placing a hinge on it so that i can easily open part of it for feeding. all in all, this item is a cheap and excellent solution to my problem!

Thankfully the seller used protective film and solid cardboard to ship this piece of thin acrylic in. The acrylic is what it is, a see thru piece of plastic, what more can you expect from it? I used it to add a custom window cut-out to a computer case. I didn't care for the design of my current window on the case and wanted more visibility inside the case, this did the job very well.3M makes a double sided tape that is fantastic for this type of application as well. Use a good jig saw, a very sharp multi-teeth blade, the 3M tape or a hot glue, and you can create a one-of-kind creation on your very own computer case. Throw in some LED's and show off that expensive hardware that hardly anyone ever gets to see.I would definitely buy from this seller again and would use this type of acrylic again also.

Bought this to install as a bottom cover for the metal bathroom rack shelves organizer. The organizer I ordered had a big gap on the metal shelves and things were falling inside so instead of glass I bought and cut it. Now it better and it is easy to cut as long as you have the right tools like the flexiglass scoring tool.

Having never worked with acrylic before, this was a nightmare. Bought to use for replacing glass panes on an old ceiling fan shade. Cutting this is impossible... splintered, cracked, made a mess. Threw in the trash and got a Lexan sheet which was a dream to work with.

I use this for laser cutting on my Glowforge Pro. It works great and I've never had a single issue after ordering many sheets of this stuff.

Seems to be good-quality acrylic. There's paper on both sides when shipped, so there were no scratches.Note to people who want to laser cut: this adhesive protective paper that comes on the plastic sheet releases some weird fumes in the laser cutter. Take it off first or replace it with a different protective paper

Two sides measured 24" and 1/8. I need the exact 24" piece. Not an easy 1/8th cut with such a large sheet.Nonetheless, good quality and quick shipping.

The product specifications list the width and length tolerances as -0.06 inches, which is basically 1/16th of an inch. The sheet was exactly 1/8th of an inch short in each direction. Twice as much as the tolerance says it should be.Other than being short, the quality and everything looks good.
