Incredible arch support. *by K***T on July 29, 2025* I am 51 years old and wear a size 11. I have plantar fasciitis, a bone spur on the Facia side and a bone spur on the Achilles side. I was in contant pain every day. I could be resting or walking and my heal pain was constant. I tried every type of store bought insoles including Heal Seats. I was doing some stretches I learned about online but nothing was helping. I visited my podiatrist, she gave me an injection and instructed me on some stretches (I had been doing them wrong) and she recommended Oofos. These slides are true to size.
