I live in the Central Valley where the water is so harsh on our skin and hair. Ever since I’ve had my son my hair has been falling out like craazy, so I’ve been doing small things to help with this issue including changing out my shower head to this filtered one. This shower head was very easy to assemble and does not leak whatsoever. The pressure of the water comes out perfectly! I do want to warn that when turning it on, it has a feature that causes the water to shoot from the top of the head almost like a garden hose, it’s pretty powerful, and when I turned it on it shot at the ceiling of my bathroom, so just make sure that the feature is turned off first before turning the faucet on lol. Anyway, I tested out showering with this and not applying lotion like I would normally do, so I can see how dry my skin would get and to my surprise it was not as nearly dry as my skin would have been with my regular shower head. In fact, I have not put on lotion in a few days! I’m not saying that it’s going to moisturize your skin, but skin is not unbearably dry. I noticed a huge difference in my hair as well, it’s so much more soft! My sons hair is so soft as well, I was really shocked! His skin was glowing after I gave him a bath. I also like how light weight and wide the head is (almost creating a rain shower affect) and all the different settings.
