This is a great mat. It is as wide as my door and very heavy so I don't have to worry about it blowing around in the wind. It is very thick and well made. We have a lot of sand in our area and so far it has done a good job of keeping much of the sand outside of the house. It arrived rolled up and flattened out completely within just a few hours even in the cold weather. Best of all, it has a nice classic look that would blend well with almost any décor. It is heavy duty and looks nice. It has a slight curl from being rolled tightly, but I'm sure that will relax out quickly. There is one spot on the lower left corner that has the surface rubbed off. This one looks to be the same quality but a more welcoming color. These are thick, so they lay flat with no issues (after the initial shipping curls are gone). The grooves work to get grass and dirt off your shoes, but they're not too deep so they are easy to clean with just a hose. This is also durable. Our other one has seen temperatures below freezing and above 100 with no issues.
