Thanks!** A: I would assume so. I used it to adhere fabric to acoustic insulation so I would imagine that's a similar application. **Q: Can you use this to put acoustic foam on walls?** A: Yes **Q: can I glue car floor carpet to metal side panels** A: I would think so, depending on what kind of backing the carpet has. We used this to attach synthetic speaker cloth to an MDF-type board when redoing our Bose speakers. It's forgiving when a curve creates excess material the glue will allow for release and replacement but be prepared to get it all over your fingers and then the material (which can be removed from material face). Working time in my redo was 15 or so minutes. Holds very firm. Some of the best spray on I've used and I've used about a dozen from various manufacturers. Solid product.
