Press down firmly when applying gems, and release the button fully before pulling the tool away from the crown of the head.

What is the correct way to load the Gem Pen?

To make sure that the gems are correctly loaded, twist off the cap of the stamper tool, and remove the spring inside. Then insert the gems' stack sticky side down and gently replace the spring
