Since then I have written to them, by email, several times. They don't respond. I don't think they have a customer service dept.Before this soaking tub I purchased the same tub as a spa. That one was cracked and had to be returned. So, as far as I know, all their products are defective one way or another and they have no customer service. Keep away from this company.
