I guess, but I would not. Think of this as a plastic covering to put down on your countertop to roll out pie dough or rolled sugar cookie dough.

Can i ise it in the oven to bake chicken or grill veggies?

You can, but I would not recommend it. Baking and grilling provides best results with an oven-safe pan. The Silicon baking mats are best used for as an alternative to parchment paper baking needs.

What size are the macaron inside and outside circles on both large and small mat? Thanks!

They are good size. There is two smal and regular. I like them.

Is the macaron circle sizing good for making chocolate chip cookies?

I haven't tried any cookies yet, only bread kneading and rolling pie crusts. However, I would imagine that it would work fine. The circles start at a 5" size and go to a 16" size.
