I have no idea what or why there are Macarons. For me, it's another celery mystery. So, I don't pay attention to the measuring circles infused in the mats to bake my cookies. The baking mats are nicely thick, colorful, and easy to clean with a damp cloth. I've used the quarter sheet underneath glass dishes to evenly regulate the heat while cooking other dishes. Since, I have both aluminum and stainless steel baking sheets I purchased a second set of mats. I really like the results. Meanwhile, I'm very focused on remembering not to cut anything on top of them. The different colored mats also helps prevent cross-contamination of different foods. The sizes are standard. Storage of silicone mats are a no-brainer. And there's no odor or food discoloring.

Really happy with this baking mat set. I bought it mainly for the price and the variety of sizes, and both delivered. Having multiple sizes is super useful depending on what I’m baking, especially for smaller batches. The mats are nicely nonstick, easy to clean, and fit well on my pans. Overall a great value and a solid alternative to parchment paper. I’d definitely buy these again.

I just started making macarons. I used these for my very first batch and they worked extremely well!! They are a nice thickness (in face, thincker than another set I purchased, so ai actually like these better!) The little circle guides are necessary for a novice macaron maker like me!! They performed so well in the oven! My macarons came out so well!! They developed proper “feet” and were evenly baked. Once cooled they “popped” off the mat so nicely, nothing stuck to the mat! The mats are easy to clean and I just roll them up to store them on a shelf with my other baking mats. They even provide a soft “hair tie” specifially for the rolled ip mats for storage. The ONLY reason I took a star off is beacause instead of 30 circles, like other mars have, this one stops at 29 circles and puts a logo in the last corner, where the 30th circle should go! So, me, being new at this, didn’t count my pipings as I filled each circle. If you know macarons, you know the macaron shells are paired and filled, so you need an even number of shells. No, I had 29 shells. Yes, I suppose I can manage to pipe another shell over the logo; I’ll try that next time. But it was disappointing after seeing such success on my first try to not have enough for 15 finished macarons! I did buy another set of mats that had 30 circles, but the mats are thinner and ai needed to adjust baking time a bit.

Non stick saves money

These are so cool! I hate dealing with parchment paper, but parchment paper does such a good job of making cookies and other things not stick to my cookie sheets. But mannnnn I hate fiddling with measuring it and tearing it. I realize it is not hard to do and not a big deal but it’s just one of those little things that I don’t enjoy. I was looking up baking things on Amazon one day and saw these. I knew I had to have them, and my parents had given me Christmas money. Score! I love the different sizes I got. They were perfect for my large and small cookie sheets. I also appreciate the circle guides on the mats. They worked perfectly in the oven. All of my cookies came out perfectly, did not stick at all, and didn’t have any weird taste (which I was afraid might happen). One thing that did make us all laugh out loud was that the mats came rolled up nicely with a black hair band type of band and the sweet company sent a note saying that the hair band was our “free gift”. Hahahah we still get a kick and a giggle out of that each time we remember. It’s the little things, y’all. But seriously. A sweet “free gift”. It helps to keep the mats rolled together nicely for storage. Also these were not hard to clean at all. The non stickiness really helps when you wash too cause any cookie bits just slid right off. Sweeeeeet!

These are great. I love them and the variation in sizes. they work for more than just baking cookies. I use them often. They are easy to clean and store.

They are a bit thinner, but work great! My only gripe is they are slightly too big to fit flat on the bottom of my 1/2 sheet pans. It was easy enough to work around this for the cookies I tried the mats out with, but might be tough to use in some other applications. I love that the set comes with a little 1/4 sized mat as well. My youngest used it to roll her dough out. No counter top mess to clean up! Great price. Great mats overall.

Bought these Premium Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats today for use in baking, especially for macaron/cookie baking. These mats are dishwasher safe and oven/microwave safe from 30°F to 470°F (up to 245°C)! Amazing! No need to grease prior to dough cooking. Two of the photos I made using my own baking tray (large one for my standard size oven, fits perfectly well on the shelf of my oven) lined with small and one of the medium mats. Medium mat is slightly large for my baking tray and will cover inner sides of it. This baking tray does NOT come with these mats! I haven't used these mats in real life baking yet, but I got them on the advice of a YouTube chef blogger who used them for her baking needs. I specifically searched for the mats that looked like her Silicone mats to make sure I am getting the right product. So far I am very happy with my purchase!

I wanted to try my hand at macarons and these baking work perfectly. As others had to, I also had to cut down the edges to fit onto my baking sheets however it didn't compromise the mats. They are easy to clean and worked perfectly.
