I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with both the product and the customer service that I had to share it. I purchased the Baseus USB-C 45W Charger 2-Pack (Model CCGAN45SECS) and have been thoroughly impressed with the performance, build quality, and compact design. These chargers are sleek, efficient, and deliver fast charging exactly as promised. I’ve used them with my phone, tablet, and even a lightweight laptop, and they perform flawlessly every time. The power delivery is consistent, and the chargers stay cool even with prolonged use—definitely a sign of quality engineering. However, shortly after I started using them, one of the chargers developed a minor issue. It stopped charging reliably, which was disappointing at first. But this is where Baseus really won me over. I contacted their customer support via email, and within 24 hours, I received a kind and professional response from Viola, a customer service representative. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking me through a few quick troubleshooting steps before promptly arranging a free replacement without any hassle. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and it genuinely felt like she cared about resolving the issue. The replacement charger arrived quickly and works perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only offers great quality products but also stands firmly behind them with excellent customer service. Baseus is considered one of the better brands for chargers, cables, and similar power accessories. Certainly a lot better than the no-name random letter combination ones. This is a very affordable pack of 2x 45W USB-C chargers. They support both PD and PPS, so they'll charge Samsung, Google, and Apple (you'll need a USB-C to lightning cable for older iPhones though) phones quickly, as well as laptops. The chargers are quite compact. Note that the prongs are fixed do not fold flat! The package also comes with 2x 1-meter USB-C to C cables.

These little chargers are pretty good. They offer really broad protocol support with fixed 5, 9, 12, 15, and 20 volt modes, as well as PPS up to 11V at 5A, and up to 16V at 3A. This makes it capable of charging at max speed for both older and newer Samsung phones. All of the fixed voltages also make it great for using USB-C emarked cables to get DC power to a variety of devices. I'm using one to power my modem with a 12V cable, replacing a giant adapter with this tiny one, far more efficient for both power and space. I do wish it had folding prongs for better portability, considering it's limited to 45 watts. Also, the included cables are not good. They are basic, short, unmarked cables limited to only 3A. You shouldn't be buying a charger for the included cable anyway. Overall, I recommend it.

Works as a super fast charger 2.0 for my is 24 Ultra charge my phone from 53% to 100% in only 45 minutes that was with an occasional use while I was charging which is not bad. The cord could be a little longer but still a great product love the size of the wall plug as well very small does not block other things from being plugged up and on a shared Outlet. According by very durable does not feel cheap Nicely priced as well and I love the fact that it came in a 2 pack might get more. First time using this brand and I am impressed. Good job Baseus.
