Ordered this for a very visible scratch that scraped everything until front bumper plastic was visible. I first filled it with a resin/paint pen kit (Turtle wax scratch repair kit) I bought at Autozone. I then bought the TouchUp Direct 12oz option even though I probably could’ve gotten away with the smaller marker/pen one but I wanted a more seamless finish so I got spray cans. They even include a tester page and some gloves to get you started, which I appreciate! I didn’t have to contact customer service since I got exact match the 1st time, but I’m sure they’d be very helpful. I’ve got a 2014 KIA Rio requiring 3D bright silver metallic paint. TouchUp Direct is legit and I actually got my paint a few days well before Amazon’s prediction date. (About a 1-2 weeks after initial order placed). There’s before and after pics.
