This thing is amazing and really works! LOVE LOVE LOVE the air compressor feature. Great for road trips as a just in case, also great for smaller items like the golf cart, bikes, tractor - as you dont have to drag out a large air compressor anymore. Same with the jump pack feature. Used to jump a golf cart as well as a completely dead vehicle. Works better than a traditional battery charger jumper. Jumped the dead car instantly and used less than 5% of its own stored power. Can use soooo many times before needing to recharge the unit. Comes in a great carrying bag. Looks super cool and sleek. very easy to use. I live in a remote area and travel in areas without cell service. This little item works in seconds to restart my car and can charge devices when camping. The air compressor is OK but not the speed of light. It holds a charge extremely well and fits underneath the seat. I have one and got this one as a gift for someone who does off road camping.

I love the Halo Bolt products. I own a few of these Battery jump starters as we use them not only for the emergency jump starts, but they are also great at camp where we have no electricity, and I can run my laptop and charge my phone without issue. They are so easy to use, and they are small, so they don't take up a bunch of space to carry around.

Anyone that drives a vehicle should own one of these. I have bought multiple Halos at this point. Not because there is anything wrong with this device. I have had such a positive experience using the Halo. I have used it more to help others. When you need a jump start it works perfectly. When your tire pressure is low, it fills your tire no problem. I stranger needs a jump you don’t have to connect to your vehicle. Just bust out your trusty Halo! It’s so portable too. Need to charge your devices the Halo also has that. Need some light the Halo even has a bright light for you. It’s has not only saved me money, but also time! Well worth the price.

After my previous Halo was lost, I decided to replace it with this beast. It is about 30% larger than the 58830, but you actually get a little less juice since they packed in some other features. With that said, there is still lots of excellent functionality that goes into this model, but it does not necessarily do any of those functions particularly great. I haven't needed to use the jump start feature yet, so I can't really comment on that, but the included cables are very short and the clamps are super lightweight almost cheap feeling plastic. So far I have used it to inflate tires, charge phones, and run a small radio. Inflating tires works well, but at a huge drain to the battery. Roughly 3-5% battery life per 5PSI inflated. The built in light works really well, and even offers a red option to stand out. If you are trying to use it for larger load electronics, like a vacuum or a large fan, this is not the solution for you. It will power a laptop charger, but you can watch how quickly the battery drains on the LED display. It is great to keep in your trunk or under a seat for emergency situations, but it does not really have the ruggedness that you would expect in a roadside use tool. The thin plastic housing seems like it would not hold up well to an accidental drop, and . Most of the videos and comments that I've seen on this show people using it inside their vehicle to keep phones and iPads charged for long trips. So it really just feels like this is a glorified power bank that can inflate tires and jump start vehicles. For the money I spent, I don't feel completely cheated, but if I had to do it all over again I would probably spend my money on the 58830 and invest in a separate tire inflator.
