Can you tilt your phone forward, so that the camera angle is looking down versus straight a head or up? (to conceal the double chin.😉)

Yes it tilts. Overall a great useful product. Goes up, down, twists phone sideways, tilts up and down.

Does it hold an iPhone 13 mini?

I have an iPhone 12 and the difference in L x W between the two are: 5.78” L x 2.82” W for the 12 and 5.18” L x 2.53” W for the 13. The cradle stand hold my 12 perfectly so I don’t see why it can’t hold the 13 mini :)

Will it hold phone with a case?

Yes! I have a pretty chunky phone case on an 11 pro max and it fits perfectly fine with room to spare if needed. Very sturdy base as well.
