Very useful cushion. I use it to lean against the wall. I put something behind my head to lean on. It is slanted back a bit, wish I was sitting a bit more straight. This is good enough. Most cushions have one leaning back some. It's easy to change position. I then turn it around by just reaching back with my arms, and use it basically to lay on my back, but not completely flat. Great position for 'reclining'. I use a small round back pillow under my neck, that is not necessary but I like the space filled in. I do not use the last position. Laying on my stomach is very uncomfortable, I don't use or need that position. If you just use it one way, it's worth it.

This is probably fine in you're not very tall. I'm 5'10" and I felt like Alice who ate the cake and grew. Way too small for me. Too bad, I liked the concept. Returned.

It’s been a game-changer for my neck. At night I lie on it and feel completely relaxed. During the day I prop it sideways on the sofa while watching TV — super soft and supportive. I even put it on the floor to lie on or lean over while on my phone. My neck finally gets the rest it needs.
