SuperStroke 75G Counter Core, Black, silver (RSS163)

This worked perfect for my SuperStroke Spider man grip on my Taylormade Spider GTx. The fit was perfect. The installation was super easy & the value for the money is fantastic. As a side note, I have used bolts from hardware stores for like $2 dollars to add the same effect for the Superstroke grips that do not have compatibility with these counterweights. However, that requires at least 1 hour of work & the proper tools to get a counterweight satisfactory enough to even be similar to these. Once you install one of these, you will notice a significant improvement in your putting. I don't want to bore you with the details but its science & it works.

One day I was golfing with some buddies and as usual I couldn't hit my putting line even if the ball was fixed to it on a track. After one of the holes I picked up a friend's putter and just took a couple of strokes with it, amazed at how balanced it felt (blade putter). He told me he had a counter weight which I had honestly never heard of. After doing some minimal research on the ideal weight I decided to go with this 75g one. It has done incredible things for my putting. A smoother stroke with a much tighter margin of error. I've hit quite a few of the best putts in my short golf career after installing this in my grip. Absolute game changer for putter stability.

This counter balance weight Really does work I highly recommend these weights for your putter. It helps make the putter swing a lot smoother. Feels like I have more control with my puts.

You need to have the Super Stroke Grip that allows you to screw in the weight through the shaft. If you don’t you can still get screw in weights that you tighten with an Allen wrench but you’ll have to drill a hole in the end of your grip. The 100g weight was perfect for me that allows my hands to stay more stable through the putting stroke. I prefer a tighter putting grip and it makes the weight under my hands feel like I’m stroking the ball a lot smoother. I’m using an odyssey blade style putter also. Can’t say if it helps on mallet style but it worked perfect for me.

Wow is all I can say! This in the first 5 mins of putting around in my basement I can honestly say this 75g weight helps! Balance, control were the two biggest advancements after install! This made my big mallet feel lighter on swings, and I’m not pushing nearly as bad or over hitting on the finesse puts! A++++ will never own another super stroke grip and not have one of these installed!

Offset the weight of my putter head. Seems to be One of the actual gimmicks that works. Creates better balance in my longer putter. I matched it with a thick grip the 5.0. .
