My hide away
Overall I am happy with my pergola just a couple of things would have been helpful if you have a spanner to hand when you put in the nuts and bolts in to hold the nut with a spanner to stop it swivelling when you put the bolt on it would be easier also the nuts and bolts that are under the seating in the corner there is not enough space to put the plastic covers on so these have not been added and it would finally finished the product off but as there is no room I cannot do this in future maybe this could be addressed when putting the holes in

Awesome but need to have joinery skills to put together!!
Really great product but it’s not easy to put together. No holes pre drilled so need to measure and drill to put together so need to have some understanding of joinery! Luckily my dad put together but no way I could have. But it’s fab once up!

Good product poor after sales
Great arbor delivery very good let down by bad after sales service unfortunately, a few bits short bolts ect loads of screws over and a main section of wood missing Overal a good product went together pretty easily on my own, missing wood a problem and hard to get hold of after sales dept bolts I just went out and bought them.

Nice product but challenging erection
The end product is nice but some parts of instructions are unclear and some pre drilled holes were too small so needed adjustment.

Good value and looks fab
Delivery was much quicker than expected and although there was a slight confusion which meant I couldn’t track the delivery it was delivered on time. The arbour is lovely and looks stunning. Not the easiest on structure to put together but once up seems very sturdy. We’d bought a play structure from the same company 11 years ago and that’s still going strong! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely piece
This is an absolutely stunning piece. Really nice and chunky. Me and my partner out this together leisurely in about 4 hours with cuppa breaks. It’s so sturdy, heavy, chunky lovely wood. Just absolutely love it! Well worth the money, you certainly get what you at for.

Great service, needed two people to put it together, but neither of them were builders and they managed! Looks great and really pleased
