Looks more expensive than it is, easy installation, works better than I had hoped. This is, without exaggeration the best darn faucet I have ever had. It is increased the water pressure and is very useful and handy. This works as good as or better than some of the faucets that I look for that at various stores for more than $100 over what I paid for this. If this faucet lasts it will be one of the best investments I have made in Home Improvement.

I ordered this faucet in August 2022, and the installation was simple and straightforward. The packaging was well done and protected the faucet from any scratches or damage. We use it constantly as our primary kitchen sink faucet, and the longer neck has been especially useful for our double-basin sink. In March 2026, the cartridge began leaking, leaving a small puddle under the handle each day. I went back to my order to identify the cartridge model and noticed several reviews praising the brand’s customer service and warranty support. After reaching out, they responded within 24 hours, honored the 5-year warranty, and sent a replacement cartridge. It even included a new cap and hex tool. The replacement was easy, and the faucet is now working perfectly again. I’m very impressed with both the product and the company’s customer service. They clearly stand behind what they sell and prioritize the customer experience. Highly recommend!

Handyman here. Have literally installed at least an hundred faucets in my day. Ordered this instead of getting something more expensive from the popular local Box store. Looks really nice. Function is good. Comes with a 5 year warranty so I thought that was nice. It is much much lighter in weight than the one I replaced. This is telling me it’s not as made of as heavy duty stuff as my previous name brand faucet. I don’t really care about that as long as it lasts though. But only time will tell on that one. I like the design and how everything fit through the sink hole easy. Had a great connector underneath that made it very easy to hand tightening the faucet on very securely without tools. Couple negatives. We like the handle on the right side of the faucet and that’s pretty ‘normal’ for faucets in America. However, in order for it to be in that position hot is forward on the handle, which is odd to me. And that also means that the emblem and model number and such that are lightly etched into the faucet base are visible on the front which isn’t a super clean look. So realize that for hot at back and emblem at back out of sight…the faucet needs to be installed so that the handle is on the left side of the faucet. Also, I had to purchase $18 worth of extension supply lines (2 each 12” long with 3/8” on both sides - 1 Female end and one Male end so it was an extension) at the local hardware store because the supply lines that came with the faucet and are integral to it were too short to reach my valves at the base of my cabinet. If you have a standard size toe-kick on your cabinet be aware that your supply valves will need to be about 5” above the floor of your cabinet in order for the integrated lines to reach them…otherwise you’ll need extensions. That’s it. Good overall. Not awesome though. And only time will tell on how it holds up. I think if you’re on a budget this is a good pick. If you’ve got $ to spend then I’d go name brand.

It's been a couple weeks now. So far so good. I had a plumber install it as he was already doing other work here. I did notice the water lines seemed top notch. Install seemed simple enough. The cold is when handle is all the way back towards the wall. Hot is towards you. Pressure is out to the right. If you choose the powerful spray it stays that way until you put it back. I haven't had any problems with the pull down head. It goes back in every time. Overall very pleased with this especially how inexpensive it is in comparison. Time will tell.

This Faucet rules. SUPER easy installation, it was done in less than 10 minutes. So powerful, sleek, built well. Highly recommend.

FOR THE PRICE, this WeWe faucet system is amazing. Installation is a snap. Just follow the included instructions, which are clear and well-illustrated. A 20-minute job, at most. As far as build quality goes, it's very good FOR THE PRICE. What I mean by that is that my WeWe faucet does not have the rugged sturdiness and heft of the high-end kitchen faucets costing $800 or more. The stainless steel isn't very thick, and I doubt this WeWe unit would hold up to rough treatment. But for ordinary use by civilized adults, it seems fine. Comes with a 5-year warranty. I've read that WeWe products tend to start exhibiting issues in the 5-7 year range. That's okay by me, because this unit is a temporary replacement of a 21-year-old Moen system that sprung a pinhole leak in the faucet body before we got around to redecorating the kitchen. This WeWe should last until my family redecorates in the next year or two.

I had to replace my old single hole pull down faucet because the pull down pipe was worn out. It was installed with screws and plates, and it took me a while to get it out. But this faucet showed me that things don’t have to be that complicated. Installation was a breeze. It only took about 15 minutes. Furthermore, it is very sturdy for the price. I don’t quite see the need to spend hundreds of dollars on brand names. I am so pleased that I was able to fix it myself. I highly recommend this product.

Exceeded my expectations at the price point. It is packed in form fitting foam box. It is surprisingly light given its size. Installation was almost tool-less and effective. A large plastic collar with a molded brass insert tightens to pull it against the sink. The provided deck plate has a foam gasket and is slightly concave flattening when the collar is installed thus providing a tight seal. It can be installed without the deck plate if desired. Integral, braided water lines are extremely flexible and long. Simply screw on to shutoffs hand tight and 1/4 turn with wrench. Operation is very smooth and surface is easy to keep clean. Adjustment takes some getting used to. The flow rate adjustment happens mostly in the first half of the motion making it sensitive. Surprisingly, there is a website and parts are available. One concern regarding serviceability is the integral water connections. If they leak, or the internal rubber ages, they can't be replaced. Positive side is that there are two less points that can leak. Durability remains to be seen but I have a good feeling about this one. But seriously.Wewe. couldn't they have come up with a better name.
