Do these ink cartridges fit the Amazon Basic fountain pen?

NO, they most definitely do not. The ones that DO fit the Amazon Basics fountain pen are these: https://www.amazon.com/Refillable-Cartridges-International-Calligraphy-Rollerball/dp/B07D43QR17/ref=psdc_1069832_t2_B08259HPC7 I have tested those and they are what I'm using right now in my pen.

Are these the correct cartridges for Hongdian extra-fine (4mm) pen? They were linked to by Amazon, but after installing, no ink coming out.

Yes, The hongdian cartridges work with Hongdian fountain pen. If there is no ink comeing out, you can follow the instructtion below: 1) Soak the nib part in warm water for five minutes ,Reassemble the pen after cleaning, and test ink flow. If this doesn't help, try the next step. 2) Press the nib on the paper to make it spread a little, then it will flow properly. If it does not work, please send us a message.

How much fluid is in each cartridge?

They are the .5ML ones basically the small ones, it is great ink for the price it does it’s job and it’s dark enough when writing, you will enjoy🤙🏾

Sinceramente ,crei que sería acuosa pero es consistente y colores definidos. Me ha gustado mucho aunque por otro lado debido a su especial boca y el tamaño que tiene, no hay más remedio que usarlos.
