This works really well on top of the decking and stairs. I sprayed it on in the summer and it works great. I don’t know how well it is holding up during the winter, but we’ve had so much snow you can’t tell.

The product is extremely good. It's the fastest way to make any floor/ surface anti skid and at a very low cost. Be careful though if old folks are going to use, because old people tend not to lift their legs fully when walking. This may lead to 'tripping' because the leg may tend to 'lock' on the surface. Otherwise the product really makes the surface anti slip even when there is water on the surface. And if you like paint smell, it is aromatic! The applied surface may feel a bit sandy / grainy to the flat of your feet. It is not uncomfortable though. Overall an excellent product. Just be careful where you try it. Try a small portion outside your home first.
