You can complain anywhere. At work, to your family, even out loud to yourself in public. But I would go to the akai website. You should be able to contact the company directly

Can this connect to an iPad?

Connecting to an iPad works with the proper adapter cable. GarageBand will work with the keyboard, but there isn’t support in that program to map the various knobs & keys. You may get different results with other midi compatible programs on the iPad.

Why is there a 100 dollar version and 130 dollar?
