A: Hello,The Simethicone that I purchased has  both dextrose and sugar on the label  but  t hat is all I have ever used and do not know if there is anoth compound available.Dale R .Wilson

**Q: what are the inactive ingrediants ?**
A: On my bottle it lists: dextrose, dipac,sugar, maltodextrin, peppermint flavor, sorbitol, and stearic acid. Hope that helps.
