All questions answered, and there is a lovely chart to help understand the benefits of this product. As per Dr Berg, this is the best type of Vitamin E to take, and people who have been around for over 50 years need to start supplementing this, or eat it in their diet. It is supposed to help these crazy heat flashers too. I wanted to start with a lower dosage, so I wouldn’t be concerned if I did eat food with Vitamin E in it already. But I personally am not able to eat ALL of the required nutrients that are left out of a multivitamin. No matter how many whole foods I eat. Especially since our American foods are not farmed as good as back in the day.
