Use the Baby Brezza Formula Settings Finder. For the most accurate results, search for your formula by UPC or EAN code (12 - 13 Digits) or by using the barcode scanner on our website. If your formula is not listed, you can request to have it tested.

How do I properly fill the powder container?

Carefully pour formula powder into the powder container. Make sure that the powder is filled between the MIN & MAX lines throughout the entire powder container (not just in the front). Refill when the arms of the stirring wheel become visible.

Do I need to clean the Formula Pro Advanced funnel after every 4th bottle?

Yes, you must clean the funnel after every 4 bottles, or whenever the "Clean Funnel" indicator turns on. Spare funnels are sold separately and help make cleaning easier - search Amazon for "Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced Replacement Funnel & Cover"

Does it work with breast milk?

The Baby Brezza Formula Pro can’t be used for breast milk, only to make formula bottles. Even freeze dried breast milk like milkify, or milk by mom cannot be used on the Formula Pro Advanced.

Can it make multiple bottles at once?

The Formula Pro Advanced is designed to make one bottle at a time. However, it can make one bottle right after another, easily allowing you to make 2 bottles in under one minute.

退院後すぐから使っています！正直これがなければ乗り切れませんでした…。ボタンを押したらすぐにミルクが出てくるのは本当に有難いです。YouTubeでみつけて沢山調べて購入しました。 60mlから作ることができます。対応しているミルクの番号を押すだけですし、番号はサイトで調べることができます。私は海外のオーガニックミルクを使用していたので特に悩みませんでしたが日本のミルクだと1ブランドのみ対応確認しているみたいです。サイトで対応確認されていないミルクだと、自分で溶けやすさ(つまり仕上がりの濃さ)などをみて対応する番号を選ぶ必要があります。お湯だけを出すこともできます。 4回使うと洗浄マークが点滅するので定期的にお掃除もできます。もう毎日本当に助かっています…！

It now automatically and continuously dispenses water without anyone pressing "Start". It completely flooded my counter, creating a serious electrical hazard. The internal control board is completely broken. Unusable and unsafe for a family with a baby. I am very disappointed with the product quality from this shop. The machine developed a dangerous defect (automatically and continuously dispenses water, creating an electrical hazard). Because it was unsafe for my baby, I had to immediately buy a replacement machine on Amazon. When I returned it, the seller claimed it wasn't defective and tried to force me to either take the broken machine back or accept only a 50% refund. This is unacceptable and scammy behavior. Avoid this seller!
