yeah, as the other person wrote, I used it looooong past 30 days after I opened it (about 6 months since I opened). You just want to swirl the bottle around a few times once a week. It does taste a bit different, but it's not bad yet. I don't know how a single person could get through 50 ozs on their own in one month...
