Crafted from durable metal, it ensures nutrient-rich, flavorful flour for breads, muffins, and more, while offering easy assembly, cleaning, and seamless compatibility with KitchenAid mixers. ## Description 商品紹介 Enjoy the superior flavor of freshly ground baking ingredients with the help of this simple-to-use mixer attachment. Designed for use with KitchenAid stand mixers (sold separately), the all-metal mill attaches easily to the mixer's hub to quickly grind any low-moisture and low-oil grain--everything from wheat, corn, and oats to rice, buckwheat, barley, and millet. Choose from barely cracked to extra-fine consistencies--and several settings in between--to achieve the exact coarseness desired for each recipe. Best of all, just-ground grain imparts a rich, hearty taste and texture to foods, and it prevents the depletion of nutrients common with store-bought items. Great for those on gluten-free or other special diets, the unit also makes it fast and effortless to prepare delicious cracked-wheat bread, chunky cornmeal muffins, and other everyday staples for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The grain-mill attachment comes with a cleaning brush and measures approximately 8 by 4-2/5 by 8-1/5 inches. desertcartより Cooking from scratch is made easier with a stand mixer, and made all the more literal with this grain mill attachment. Use it to make flour out of wheat, corn, rye, oats, rice, buckwheat, barley, and millet--any low-moisture, non-oily grain (peanuts and coffee are a no-no with this tool). Make up to 10 cups at a time. The mill is sturdy, heavy, and easy to assemble and attach to the mixer's hub. Adjust the knob to the desired grind, fill the unit with grains, and crank it up to 10. When you're through, brush it clean with the small brush included in the kit. If you need to, wash it by hand, but don't put it in the dishwasher. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Amazon Bestseller | #677,907 in Home & Kitchen (See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen) #144 in Grain Mills | | Asin | B003DVP1V6 | | Brand Name | KitchenAid | | Color | Grain Mill | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (4,049) 4.3 out of 5 stars | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00883049189604 | | Item Weight | 2 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | KitchenAid | | Manufacturer Part Number | GMA | | Material Type | Metal | | Model Number | KGM | | Unit Count | 1.00 Count | | Upc | 883049189604 | ## Product Details - **ブランド:** KitchenAid - **商品の重量:** 2 キログラム - **容量:** 10 cups - **材質:** メタル - **色:** Grain Mill ## Images ![KitchenAid KGM Mixer Attachment Grain Mill Wheat Corn Grinders Flour Maker Oats by KGM Mixer Attachment - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51yUbQp1t5L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone had problems or success grinding malt for home brewing purposes?** A: Yes, I used to successfully use the mill for grinding malt when I was home brewing. Cracked many 50 pound bags of malt over the years. You do not want to set it to too fine a grind, just set it so the malt is barely cracked. **Q: I have an Accolade 400. Will this grinder work for me? Thank you.** A: Jennifer. I worked for a Hobart/Kitchenaide repair shop for over 8 years. All Kitchenaide accessories will work on all modern Kitchenaide mixers. My grinder has been used on 3 different models of mixers and each has performed well. I have used my grinder to make flours and meals of corn, wheat, buck wheat, rye, rice, spelt, millet, amaranth, black beans, almonds, peanuts and sorghum. I ground 40 pounds (about 3/4 bushel) of corn this past week with the grinder attached to a model KP216M1 (600 Professional). Your Accolade 400 is a medium powered mixer and will easily handle this grinder. Please remember not run the mixer with grinder for longer than 20 minutes without giving the motor a rest to cool down. **Q: I want to use this with roasted almonds to make almond butter. My brother has a Champion that makes butter easily. Anyone done any roasted nuts?** A: I use my food processor to make almond or other nut butters. I toast the nuts then grind them in the food processor adding just a small amount of almond or walnut oil at the end to get the right consistency. It's much better than the "fresh-ground" at stores, because they use low grade/older nut stock, so it's not usually fresh tasting at all. Good luck! **Q: This mill can grind dry herbs and spices?** A: its' not recommended for herbs/spices but as long as they are fully dry and not oily (i.e. no rosemary) it will work. But if you primary want to grind herbs/spices I'd recommend use an actual spice grinder or a cheap coffee grinder. this grain mill is way overkill for that. ## Frequently Bought Together - KitchenAid KGM All Metal Grain Mill Attachment - Certified Glyphosate Residue Free Hard White Wheat Berries | 5 LBS | Family Farmed in Washington State | 100% Desiccant Free | Non-GMO Project Verified | 100% Non-Irradiated | Kosher | Field Traced | Burlap Bag - Certified Glyphosate Residue Free Soft White Wheat Berries | 5 LBS | Family Farmed in Washington State | 100% Desiccant Free | Non-GMO Project Verified | 100% Non-Irradiated | Kosher | Field Traced | Burlap Bag --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/731585114-kitchenaid-kgm-mixer-attachment-grain-mill-wheat-corn-grinders-flour](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/731585114-kitchenaid-kgm-mixer-attachment-grain-mill-wheat-corn-grinders-flour) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
