Not suitable for UAE power supply? — didn’t operate on arrival
The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.

Wow! I am a 6'3" 245 pound 68 year old disabled Vet. With size 12 shoes. I did my due diligence and extensively (for a month) researched all treadmills. Including Schwinn, NordicTrac, Pelaton, Sunny, Merach, THERUN, Etc.,Etc. -this Trailviber treadmill handles a max of 450 pounds. Great if you want to train with a backpack or weight vest. Most other treadmills only go up to 300-350 pounds ---max. Some in the same price range only handle 265 pounds. -the belt is 16 inches X 38 inches.. At 4mph (max speed for this Trailviber) I have no issues with where my feet (size 12 shoes) are.And only being 3 inches high it is so easy and safe to step off at max speed and incline. While other treadmills are much higher to step off of, or, onto. -the digital display is bright, easy to use, and huge. The remote is super quick and easy. -the Trailviber comes completely assembled. One minute from unboxing to using this treadmill. -the Trailviber weighs only 45 pounds. Easy to move box when delivered and treadmill has wheels that make it super easy to move around. Even on thick carpet. Other treadmills weigh up to 300 pounds and take hours to assemble. And to get these monsters into the room you want takes at least 2 people. -the incline is smoothly operated and even at 4mph at full 12% up. Or 6 degrees angle. -this is a "walking pad". Not meant for running on. -they even give a free extra remote in the box. -the bluetooth speakers were simple to connect. And played loud enough to hear. -I would challenge most anybody over 60 years old to set this at the max 4 mph and max incline for an hour and not feel an adequate cardio. I have never written such a lengthy review about anything, but this Trailviber impressed me immensely.

Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

I bought this walking pad treadmill because I wanted something compact but with enough features to actually challenge me, and the 12% auto incline was the selling point. After using it regularly for a few weeks, I’m really impressed with how much it packs into a smaller footprint. Setup was simple—it came mostly assembled, and I had it ready to go in under 20 minutes. The design is slim enough that it fits neatly under my desk or slides against a wall when I’m not using it. That’s a big deal since I don’t have space for a bulky treadmill in my home office. The walking experience itself is smooth and steady. The motor runs quietly, so I can take calls or watch TV without raising the volume. The incline feature adds way more variety than I expected. Even at moderate levels, you feel the burn in your legs, which makes short sessions much more effective. The fact that it adjusts automatically is a nice bonus—it feels like a mini gym machine without leaving home. The speed range works well for both light walking and brisk-paced workouts. I’ve mostly been using it for steady walking while working, then bumping up the incline and pace for a quick workout during breaks. The digital display is clear, and the remote control makes adjusting settings really easy. What I like most is how this treadmill has kept me consistent. Instead of skipping workouts on busy days, I can sneak in a couple of miles here and there without needing to set aside a big chunk of time. It’s sturdy, easy to store, and makes staying active feel manageable. For anyone who wants a compact treadmill that still pushes you with incline training, this is a fantastic option.

Sturdy base and nice incline for a walking pad. Fairly easy to move, but heavy at base with the wheels. Only issue and it's almost a dealbreaker is the location and length of the power cord. It is in an awkward spot which makes it really hard to find a place to set it up if you do not have multiple outlet options. The cord is short and tricky to adjust alongside the walking pad. I love the sturdiness and 12% incline option. I think the size will be a personal opinion. Short legs so no issues, but one with longer legs may feel a bit unsafe with the length and nothing to hold on to. So far, the unit is nice and quiet and easy to use. There is a random button by the power switch that either doesn't work or has no purpose. The Trail Viber Walking Pad is more expensive price point than other options I was considering, but after reading the reviews and receiving it I would say it is a decent value for the money. Hopefully the extra cost will translate to a long-lasting quality unit.

I’ve only had this walking pad treadmill for a day, but I’m already impressed. Setup was quick and straightforward, and I was using it within minutes. I could feel it targeting my legs and making my walk more challenging in a good way. For a compact treadmill, it feels extremely sturdy, and the 450 lb weight capacity shows in how solid and stable it is while in use. The RGB LED screen is bright and easy to read, and the built-in Bluetooth speaker was a nice surprise . it gets loud enough for music or podcasts without sounding cheap. I tried it both under my desk and out in the open, and it works great in both setups. It’s quiet enough that I can walk during calls without disturbing anything.
